Yes — it's one of the things the salon is best known for. Kayleigh always takes time with nervous dogs, goes at their pace, and breaks the groom into smaller sections if needed. For seriously anxious dogs, we can schedule a short "hello" visit first to build confidence before the first proper appointment.

Just your dog on a lead and a heads-up on any medical needs, allergies, or anxieties. If your dog has a preferred brush or treat, feel free to bring it. We'll do a short consultation on arrival to lock in the style and coat plan before we start.

Most full grooms run between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on breed, size, and coat condition. Heavily matted coats or anxious dogs may take longer — we never rush. You'll get a realistic time estimate when you book.

Yes — from teacup breeds to big doubles, and everything in between. We have specialist experience with Miniature Schnauzers, Australian Shepherds, Cockapoos, Poodle crosses, and terriers, and we'll always groom to breed standard (or the style you prefer).

It varies by coat. Doodles, poodles, and non-shedding breeds usually benefit from a full groom every 6–8 weeks. Double-coated breeds tend to work on a 10–12 week cycle with blow-out maintenance in between. We'll recommend a schedule tailored to your dog at your first visit.
